Our company has been in business since 1910, growing and prospering based on the principles of integrity, professionalism, service, and stability established by its founder, William George Clark.
Our current management team includes our chairman, Chris Clark, the grandson of W.G. Clark; Mike Ducey, president since 1997, who oversees all aspects of company operations; and a group of officers with management responsibility for W.G. Clark’s projects, finances, and field activities. The W.G. Clark team also includes experienced and capable project managers, superintendents, foremen, specialty field support, key administrative staff, and craft workers that are second to none. They are our most valuable asset.
Our company has always focused on building in the Pacific Northwest. We primarily work under negotiated contracts both as a general contractor and construction manager, with repeat business making up the majority of our work. Among our clients are developers of multifamily and senior housing, commercial and retail businesses, educational and religious institutions, manufacturers and processors, healthcare providers, and many organizations and agencies providing civic and community services. Our projects are just as diverse as our clients.
