The new Rainier Beach clinic for Neighborcare will be a two-story, 27,000 s.f. medical/dental in south Seattle. The first floor will include a dental clinic, pharmacy and clinical administrative offices. The second floor will include a medical clinic, exam rooms, clinic offices, and lab rooms. Construction is a combination of concrete and steel.
