Bartell at The Commons

    Retail

Bartell Drugs is an anchor retail tenant in The Commons at Ballard, a mixed-use complex built by W.G. Clark just across from the Ballard Public Library.

The new 14,200 SF store features a full service pharmacy, large care clinic, photo print booths, loading dock, walk-in cooler and freezer, along with a large open sales area and retail floor including a growler filling station. Bartell’s considers it a signature store in the chain’s expansion into additional urban neighborhoods.

Our Special Projects Group coordinated their work closely with the construction team for the shell and core to deliver a complete and stocked Bartell Drugs the day after the TCO was achieved on the building. The Bartell TI was the first improvement in the mixed-use building involving the complete buildout of the first floor shell, including all MEP/FA systems.
