Best in state winner of the ACEC design award, this emergency management facility includes sophisticated electrical, power generation, security, and telecommunications systems. We coordinated with numerous government agencies to construct a building able to withstand and function during manmade or natural disasters. We began turning over finished areas two months prior to deadline – and completed King County’s first LEED Certified project on time and on budget.
