Our task was to build this new student housing at Edmonds Community College without disturbing the old growth forest directly behind the building. The project required a large detention structure and tying into existing, unmarked utilities. Sound-reducing floor/wall systems plus rooftop boiler/pump systems reduce noise and increase hot water for the students. Despite late changes by AHJ and bad soil conditions, we finished on time and passed back savings to the owner.
