The three acre former site of the Vitamilk Dairy is now home to Green Lake Village, a 297-unit mixed-use complex. The project, co-developed and owned by the same family that operated the dairy for 60 years, is a vibrant addition to the Green Lake neighborhood, featuring public spaces and a pedestrian-focused design, along with nearby access to public transit.

With nearly 50,000 SF of retail space, including anchor tenant PCC Natural Markets, the new complex exemplifies the concept of an urban village where renters and shoppers mingle. W.G. Clark worked extensively with the owner and design team to plan the three-building, eco-conscious project, which has received LEED silver certification. The project’s many appealing amenities include community and entertaining rooms, rooftop decks, gym, extensive retail parking, and lush landscaping.
