This sleek, urban structure is tailor-made for the modern renter. Challenges included location on a major arterial, a zero lot-line laydown area, and contaminated soil. We were able to remove the soil with an on-site testing lab and build to City of Seattle high-rise requirements.  This metal stud building with masonry and metal exterior uses both vintage industrial and modern elements to appeal to downtown renters.
