Neighborcare Health’s new South Seattle clinic provides medical and dental care for low-income and uninsured people. We were able to support the owner’s vendors by completing all phases of their medical and dental equipment installation – from rough-in to final move-in. The construction is concrete and steel and we used BIM technology for the foundation and structural steel layout. The local labor we used added significant community support and pride in the project.
